i was browsing a few minutes ago and found myself reading one of eri's posts in her friendster blogsite..twas abt her high school days..the post made me think about my own high school days.. err rather elemtary till HS days.. gosh how much i miss those days when i could just lay back and just relax.. all you need is just a little effort and master the ability to please your prof and surely you'll pass the subject..

but then im not saying that my school has fly-by subjects and teachers... we had the worst,the best and the most mahigpit-terror type of professors and advance classes compared to other schools around.. imagine i was having 2 math and 2 science subjects per year level and had to take up college calculus and college trigo when i was still in my sophomore and junior year pa lang! .. our school had this science curriculum which means they give priority to math and science rather that english and filipino..

most probably you would get bored if i would share my HS days with you in paragraph format so ill just enumerate the things, moments and other stuff i miss...

let me see... i miss....

1) Intrams..player kasi ako ng volleyball eh
2) Club days and Org days.. ito ang mga araw ng botohan ng botohan ng mga lider na actually gumagana lang kapag nalalapit lang yung mga related days (example English Week.. ikot ang mga English Club officers...)
3) Laboratory subject...dissecting frogs are the best.. tilian ng tilian pero masaya di ba?
4) Field Trips.. its like educational yet parang bonding experience na rin sya.. lalo na sa loob ng bus...

most memorable field trips i had was the trip to the coke plant.. talagang coke to sawa .. nagbaon pa ako sa coleman ko noon... teasing the coke machine technician na paano kung pindutin namin yung mga buttons sa console nya...ano nga kaya ano? kung pinindot namin yun? hehehe.... tapos during the ride home... traffic at palaging natatapat yung isang truck sa bus namin.. syempre pagseselosin ang mga boy classmates namin so flirt to the max sa window kasi bata pa at sobrang cute nung truck boy.. my friend even wrote sa scratch paper yung home number nya at ipost daw ba sa salamin.. kinuha naman nung truck boy.. they became phone pals which lasted like a week lang then she got bored of him.. masyadong simple kasi buhay nya.. not much to talk about...

then the other most memorable trip was at UP Diliman.. we went star gazing sa largest telescope.. overnight kami dun .. the whole class was so excited that no one bothered to take a nap man lang.. we were up all night till dawn hanggang makauwi sa laguna.. we saw mars, venus, saturn, the moon of course and jupiter ata.. pati mga moons nila... i love saturn and venus talaga.. i even had the instructor teach me how to lacate venus with my naked eye so kahit na tumanda ako i could still locate it... whenever i feel down... i just look towards the sky and try to find my favorite planet...

on with the list...

5) Duet recitations.. yknow the boy versus girl kind of recitations tapos kapag sobrang galing nyong dalawa at ang tagal nyo nang nakatayo at ayaw talaga magpatalo.. after the subject or during recess susumpungin ang buong klase at tutuksuhin kayong dalawa na bagay kayo...

6) RECESS and LUNCH TIME... ito yung time of the day when me and my friends hang around sa canteen or sa koridor... hanapin ang crush..abangan siya at titigan habang bumibili sa canteen....kaway to the max kapag napansin ka... haay...

7) PE...i love PE so much that one time i wished that it would be the only subject na lang sana sa elem at HS

8) Music Class.. ang saya makipagjammimg sa mga classmates noon at syempre nasa tono pa ako dahil may teacher-coach..ngayon wala na kaya bara-bara na lang.

9) CAT namin, kami yata yung pinakamagaling na batch (syempre love your own hehehe) at kami rin ang most bibo sa mga CAT batches.. careerin ko kaya ang paglilinis at pagppakintab ng belt at boots ko...pati ang pagtulong sa aming officers.. hey hey hey i got a medal for highest number of merits ha....

10) most of all i miss our class adviser mr.quintong. kahit na terror yun at halos ibagsak na niya ako sa calculus.. love ko pa rin itong payatot at nigah naming prof.. gumaling ako sa math dahil sa kanya .. kaya pagpasok ko sa college i got my math subjects ... lahat 98 ang grade ko ... oh di ba...

next blog na lang yung ibang namimiss ko at favorites during elem and college.. dami eh...
